Suitable for beginners or experienced cooks, and ideal for anyone with an interest in plant-based, vegan food – whether you are vegan yourself or just curious to cook and eat more delicious plant-based meals.
Relax into the day with a luxurious hot chocolate with vegan marshmallows (or a steaming pot of tea or cofee!) in front of the log fire before we head into the light and airy kitchen overlooking a small lake. Time to create our plant-based Christmas feast!
Some examples of the dishes that we might prepare on the day include:
– Roasted butternut squash salad with dukkah and labneh
– Porcini mushroom and black truffle wellington
– Hasselback potatoes
– Chocolate orange truffles
– Passionfruit cheesecake
This will be a fun and relaxed workshop packed with cooking demonstrations, hands-on cooking, and useful tips and tricks. You’ll also meet some lovely like-minded people as we sit down together and enjoy the delicious food we prepare. Plus you’ll take home a gorgeous edible present at the end of the day.
