Miss Best presents her brand new e-book
Loving Life - Loving Desserts
43 delicious, but secretly healthy, recipes to make you smile
I am just so super excited to bring you this e-book full of delicious desserts that allow you to have your cake and it eat. This book debunks the myth that desserts are either healthy and boring, or delicious, unhealthy and sinful.
These desserts are beautifully delicious AND healthy. How good is that!? Plus they are easy to make and most can be made in less than ten minutes!
The cakes, pies, frozen desserts, chocolates, pancakes, hot chocolate drinks, and sauces from this book will make you smile with delight...not just once, but three times! Once, when you see how beautiful they are, twice, when you slip a forkful into your mouth and discover the wonderful tastes and textures, and once again when you remember that that piece of heavenly cake or chocolate in your mouth is actually healthy and full of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and healthy fats.
Every recipe is made without transfats, cholesterol, dairy products (and therefore lactose), eggs, and refined cane sugar. What you will find in these desserts are tasty, easy-to-find, and nutritious nuts and seeds; fresh, frozen and dried fruit; coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple or agave syrup, and avocados. Not to mention beautiful raspberries, strawberries and blueberries. All these yummy ingredients can be found in most supermarkets or health food stores.
These recipes are suitable for everyone. All the recipes are vegan, and happily, 42 out of the 43 recipes are gluten-free, and all can be made without soya. All of these recipes are made without regular cane sugar. Instead, they are sweetened with fruit sugar from fresh, dried, and frozen fruit and berries. Agave syrup or maple syrup is also used. Agave syrup is a yummy low GI sweetener that works really well in these recipes.
All but 5 of the recipes can be made 100% raw, but if you don't have 100% raw resources such as genuinely raw cocoa powder, you can still make them and they will taste incredible!
After all, why should those of us who want to eat healthy food be punished for such a clever decision?! Why shouldn't we be able to enjoy yummy and sexy desserts?!
Most of the recipes in this book take less than 10 minutes to make, so you can quickly and easily whip up a healthy heavenly treat when you get a craving for something 'naughty'. Whip up a quick frozen dessert to enjoy in front of a movie, or make a delicious and decadent cake (such as the heavenly Chocolate Torte) to celebrate with family or friends. Or make a quick batch of truffles as a luxurious present for a loved one (or just eat them yourself!)
These recipes will seriously change your view of desserts!
Imagine being able to enjoy beautiful and tasty treats without having the guilt usually associated with desserts. I want you to to feel fantastic after eating dessert, not guilt-ridden, over-sugared, bloated, or hungry!
Having these recipes will help you to easily include more raw and healthy food into your life.
Loving Life-Loving Desserts will woo the dessert god or goddess inside you, and will seduce your loved ones into eating health giving, Life-Loving foods.

Those of you who know a little about raw food will be relieved to know that all these recipes can be made without having to buy special superfood powders etc. Of course, if you can use raw coconut oil, truly raw nuts, raw cocoa powder etc, that's great, but don't worry if you can't. You still get amazing desserts full of goodness. You should be able to find all the ingredients needed for these recipes in supermarkets and health food stores.
All of the recipes are made without regular cane sugar. Instead, they are sweetened with fruit sugar from fresh, dried, and frozen fruit and berries. Agave syrup or maple syrup is also used. Agave syrup is a yummy low GI sweetener that works really well in these recipes.
Equipment required for the recipes
I have made the recipes as un-intimidating and uncomplicated as I can, and with as few pieces of equipment as possible. If you have access to a food processor you can make all of these recipes, a basic blender is needed for a couple of them, a coffee grinder/seed and nut mill would be useful, and a waffle iron is essential for one recipe.
