I also like to call High-Energy food, Life-Loving food. It's not just about loving your food, it's about food loving you! Miss Best believes that Life-Loving Food is food that is good for your body, mind and soul, as well as your taste buds...


Loving Food

...It's food that makes you want to get in the kitchen and create (or at least get to the table and enjoy!). It's food that you can't wait to eat, but leaves you feeling amazing, and not heavy, over-sugared, bloated or grumpy with indigestion or lack of motivation. It's food that brings you good health; it's food that helps prevent disease and discomfort. And if you are in good health, and feeling great, then it is a lot easier to feel good about life, and to make the changes you need to make in other areas of your life to get where you want to be.

Miss Best wants you to get super excited about your food, and explore how it can make you feel, and how it can work together with other factors such as exercise, your way of thinking and stress-relief to improve your level of living. To love your life, you need Life-Loving Food!

The food that I am talking about is made from natural ingredients, with as little processed food as possible. This food is free from animal products such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy, is generally gluten-free and has a high proportion of uncooked ingredients. This food is usually called Vegan and Raw or Living food, but what I want to do is to avoid labels. I don't want you to feel that you have to be a 'vegan', an 'environmentalist', a 'hippy', a 'health nut' or a 'raw foodist' to enjoy these foods. If you are any of these, then you are going to love this food too, but what I want is to show you that eating like this is not reserved for a group of 'special' folks with special labels. You do not have to feel like you belong to a particular demographic or tribe to enjoy amazing food and to feel amazing!

And you don't have to eat this food all of the time, if that does not make you feel comfortable at this moment. But chances are that once you have got the taste, you will want to eat more and more like this. I don't think your body will let you get away with anything less! Start from where you feel comfortable, and just have fun with your development!

Please note, however, that if you are suffering from a disease, I do suggest you look into alternative methods of treatment, and to research the benefits of a 100% raw vegan diet and detoxification. (Disclaimer)
