I am just crazy about food! I love working my magic in the kitchen, especially if I know that I am going to be able to share it with some lovely people.

All the food I prepare is vegan. If you haven’t tried vegan food before then you are in for a treat! Vegan food excludes any animal products (so no meat, fish, eggs, dairy, honey) but includes so many exciting ingredients to make up a yummy, nutritious, easy-on-the-body dish!

A lot of the food I eat is raw food. This means that it is not heated about 40c / 118 F so it’s full of delicious and juicy fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. I use a special oven called a dehydrator to make sure that my breads, burgers, cookies etc are kept below 40c so it retains all the vital enzymes and vitamins.

I will write more about vegan and raw food in the near future. I am also planning to share some of my favorite recipes with you so you can recreate the yummmmmminess for yourself. I will also let you know when my e-book is ready so will you have even more recipes, and beautiful images to drool over.
